Hi, my name is Leah Mason and I’m a volunteer with the East of England Parent Advisors Group.

Whether you’ve just been through an experience of neonatal care or it was some time ago, we’re really keen to hear your thoughts and ideas.

These might be ideas about how to improve care, provide better information, or things you think we could be researching or developing to help better support parents.
This section of the portal gives you a place to share your ideas and give us feedback.

We’ll meet as a team to discuss what you’ve shared with us once a month and post back on the portal what we’ve heard and what actions we’re taking.

We may also get back in touch with you directly about your ideas so that you can work with us if you choose, so we can take your idea forward.
