Transitional Care Module-September to November

This is the first day of the four day Transitional Care Module that is provided by the East of England Neonatal ODN.

The cost of this course is £200 per person to attend.

Delegates who enroll on this course must be able to attend all 4 days

TC-Family Integrated Care-13th September 2022

TC-Infant Feeding Day 1-29th September 2022

TC-Infant Feeding Day 2-18th October 2022

TC-Deterioration-2nd November 2022

Delegates will also be given access to the Bridge EoE Blended learning platform to access 24 hours worth of CPD study (Secure content, designed specifically for this programme) and be asked to complete a clinical competency document and end of module MCQ Test.
