Testimonials

“Our daughter spent 3.5 months on the neonatal unit in Cambridge where she received life-saving care. As a family we were all provided with amazing support throughout our stay and we will be forever grateful to the NICU team.”

CATS

The Children’s Acute Transport Service (CATS) is a paediatric critical care transport team serving around 50 hospitals in the North Thames, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and East Anglia. We are one of the largest specialist paediatric transport services in Europe and move 1200 critically ill children a year by road and air. The CATS team take the skills of a paediatric intensive care unit ‘on the road’, to the bedside of critically ill children where it is needed.
