Hello, my name is Clara Mara and I am the lead nurse and Deputy Director of the Neonatal ODN.
As part of my role, I work with Teresa, who is our lead nurse for practice development.

Hi, I’m Teresa and I’m the practice development lead nurse for the Neonatal ODN.
My role is to ensure that there is accessible education for everybody within neonatal care, within our region and also further afield.

Having been an NICU parent, I know how important it is to share with staff the things that can make the care and experience better.
Getting input, advice and participation of parents like us is essential to the education and training of neonatal staff.

There are lots of ways to be involved and everyone has something unique to bring.
Whether that be sharing your story, your experience or helping us to develop our training programs.
